tree update

I finished the tree! The final is 6.5'x13', which is by far the largest piece of art I've ever done. Here's the mock-up I did, to scale, which I drew with a brush pen and colored in photoshop:



I used the grid method to transfer the small drawing to a large piece of paper (I got a photo backdrop that was 107"x12 yards. It was the length of my car.) Here's the finished version. My mom and my dog helped me hold it up:




I'm pretty happy with how it turned out; it looks pretty good from far away, albeit a bit lopsided. Up close it got a little messy because I had to do it in my backyard, as it was the only area where I had enough space. Whatevz though, I'm proud of it.
